
Q: Who the heck are you? A: "Steel and Paper" is the tile of a samurai fable I wrote and that appeared a comic book anthology. I’m proud of it and decided to use it as part of the inspiration for the name of the website. The artist who blessed my words with his graphic skill is one Ed Tranquino. A: Ed Pereira. I am the author of ten screenplays. Five have placed in prestigious screenwriting contests. One script is a Nicholl Fellowship Quarter Finalist (Cuban Restaurant #6) which was optioned by the director Carlos Avila (Price of Glory). I am a graduate of Columbia University's MFA program in Creative Writing and I also have an Advanced Program in Screenwriting degree from UCLA. I have had two comic book stories published in two anthologies.
